At Residencial ¨VistaBella¨ in Torrevieja you will find this wonderfully sunny, modern furnished ground floor apartment on the 1st floor called Casa Regalo. The residence is easily accessible and is located just 1.5 km from the city center and the beach of La Mata. The beaches of Torrevieja are 2.5 km and the town center is 4 km. This is a nice central location for your holiday, for young and old! The quiet and well-maintained complex has two communal swimming pools, a playground for the kids and a petanque court. There is a modern furnished living room with open kitchen. In front of it is a balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. A staircase leads to the large private roof terrace which is equipped with a garden furniture with pergola and sunbeds where you can sunbathe all year round and enjoy the beautiful sunset. There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. All linen is provided and costs nothing extra! The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hob, microwave and various appliances. In the laundry room you will find the washing machine. We have no problem with you if you bring your "small" dog. Of course we expect, in all reasonableness, that your pet will not cause any nuisance to the neighbours. We also expect you to clean up the excrement, vomit, hair and the like yourself with a bag. We charge €100 per dog per stay for additional cleaning costs. Dogs are of course not allowed in the shower, on the couch, the beds or on other furniture. You must remove the dog hair yourself before departure, we like to keep the apartment tidy for all guests! It is not recommended to leave a dog alone in the house.
